you may be lucky enough to see three, maybe
even four, deer swimming through the morning's mist ...
This painting was inspired by a newspaper photo
of deer swimming through the fog at
St. Andrew's State Park in Florida ...
You may find plenty of deer and cypress knees
in the park ... even alligators ...
but never any rolling hills ...
But that's the fun of being the painter {{smile}}
