  1. If you have something on my Want List (found here), you are pretty much guaranteed that I will want to trade with you. If not, send me your tape list, because odds are you’ll have something I want.
  2. If I come to you, I send first. If you come to me, you send first. If we already know each other, we can send at the same time.
  3. Only use high quality, name-brand tapes (e.g. Sony, TDK, etc.). I will do the same.
  4. Please be honest about video quality; it’s not worth lying about. I usually prefer tapes in EX (excellent) or VG (very good) condition, but, I'm willing to be flexible (especially if it's something I can't find in better condition).
  5. I’ll trade hour-for-hour, event-for-event, tape-for-tape, whatever. I’m quite flexible as long as things are fair.
  6. Do not write on or affix the labels yourself. Yes, I know that sounds anal. Please just send the box and the labels, and put a slip of paper in the box that says what show is on the tape.

Here are the Video Quality (VQ) ratings I use, in descending order:

EX (Excellent)

VG/EX (Somewhere between Very Good & Excellent)

VG (Very Good)

G/VG (Somewhere between Good & Very Good)

G (Good)

F/G (Somewhere between Fair & Good)

F (Fair)

If the quality on a tape varies (such as on compilation tapes), I will list the extremes that that quality varies. For example, F/G-VG/EX means that the quality ranges from F/G to VG/EX.

That’s about it. If there’s something I didn’t cover here, feel free to ask.
