REIKI      

(The USUI System of Natural Healing)



Reiki means Universal Spirit of Life or Universal Life Energy. It is this flow of energy that keeps us alive, yet this flow can be uneven for many due to the stress of every day life, our thought patterns, trauma and so on. These blocks are reflected in the body and can manifest as malfunctions and dis-ease.

Reiki is the practice of channeling the energies needed for the good of the receiver. It supports the bodies natural ability to heal itself, re-establishes spiritual equilibrium and mental well-being, revitalises both body and soul, loosens blocked energy and much more.

It is not a religion it embraces all philosophies and systems of thought. It is non-intrusive, (requires no removal of clothes).
