These same jackasses who believe that we are too stupid to arm ourselves to protect our loved ones now want us to give them even more money. They stuck it to smokers for the settlement money from BIG TOBACCO (funny, BIG TOBACCO doesn't throw people in jail and seize their assets if the folks don't pay them-but BIG GOVERNMENT does!) Now they are coming after those nasty smokers again!

Now, I don't smoke, but I'm tired of smokers getting a bad rap. They usually die earlier and quicker than nonsmokers, and cost a lot less money. Personally, I think we should tax those fitness addicts-they will live a long time and will really tax the health care system because of all their sports injuries. When they hit middle age, all that stress on the bones and joints from all that damn exercise will cause chronic pain and disabilities resulting in costly treatments, operations, and prescriptions- and the bastards will have good cardiovascular systems so they'll be in their 90's getting their 5th set of hips and knees!

Now that Ohio has raised the cigarette tax, and lots of merchants had to pay the tax up front on their inventory, and lots of stores near the borders will lose a lot of business. Of course, folks with a few hours to kill will drive to Kentucky or West Virginia or Indiana, load up the car, and make a few bucks. Turns out some of the terrorists made some money that way.
