THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENTof me Annie Holten of 21
The Strand Williamstown in the State of Victoria. Widow I APPOINT
The National Trustees Executors and Agency Company of
Australiasia Limited of 95 Queen Street Melbourne and my brother
Frederick Richard Coe executors of my will. I GIVE my grand-
father's clock to my neice Judith Lowe, my lounge room furn-
iture to my daughter's son daughter Mavis Connelly, my dining room
furniture to my daughter's son Richard, my front bedroom
furniture to my daughter's son Eric, my bookcase and contents
to my sister-in-law Beatrice Edith Coe and the residue of my
furniture together with my clothing and household linen to my
daughter Elsie May. I BEQUETH the sum of £200 to my daughter's
son Leslie Arthur and the sum of £100 each to the remainder of
her children whether legitimate or not I DEVISE all that piece
of land upon which is erected my dwelling known as 21 The
Strand Williamstown to my brother Frederick Richard Coe AFTER
payment thereout of all my just debts funeral and testamentary
expenses and probate and estate duties I GIVE DEVISE AND
BEQUEATH all my residuary real and personal estate to my ex-
ecutors to sell the same and divide the proceeds equally
between all of the children whether legitimate or not of my
said daughter other than her son Herbert AND I revoke all
former wills AS WITNESS my hand this 28th day of March
1953.
