- The dark purple crocuses are blooming today. They are about a month behind the pale yellow ones.
- The resurrection lilies or naked ladies are about an inch or so tall.
- The spider worts are showing purple and about an inch tall.
- The bee balm is starting to show.
- There are a few yellow flowers on the forsythia bushes today.
- The dandelion-like yellow flowers are blooming along the creek.
- The lilac bushes are showing lots of buds.
- The sedum is starting to appear. A very hardy plant.
- I noticed several patches of green mums growing already.
- The daffodils are tall and showing buds.
- The tulips are about an inch tall.
- The green flags of the iris are spotted here and there throughout the garden.
- The green startings of daylilies are appearing and about a half inch tall.
