Dad's gone home to be with the King
To live with the Master
His praises to sing
I know he's in a far better place
But how we miss his smiling face
Just to hear his voice once more
To see him standing at the door
Dad's time with us we'll never forget
He's at the reunion
Beyond the sunset

Reunion Time
~
I remember Dad and one of his
favorite times of the year
When uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends
traveled from far and near
Just to spend a day in the Valley
With relatives old and new
To fellowship with each other
And share some memories too
This year as we gather once more
To reminisce and visit each other
I know Dad's home at reunion
With his dear father and precious mother
With daughter, Betty; nephew, Billy; brother, John
And so many more
With loved ones gone on before us
Gathered on that great heavenly shore
Dad's home to fellowship forever
At the reunion in the sky
He's safe at rest with the Saviour
In that sweet beautiful By and By
