This Doll Tutorial was by

You still there?? Great!
Now lets select the head area, just start clicking around the head, but watch around the chest area, you dont' want to
select too much off the hairlines! when you have it al right click to get the little
*ANTS* crawling around the head like this: (Dont' worry too much about the outside...it's transparent anyway!)
Now hit cut and paste a new layer.
you'll probably get something that looks like this:
~~DO NOT PANIC~~
This is ok...lol....now *deselect* (hit Control + D),
and choose your mover tool 
"THE MOVER TOOL????!!!!! Mystic!!....you didn't say we were using that!"
Ok, ok, I forgot sorry!!~~~ he he he..it's 5 am, haven't had my day's worth of caffeine yet!!
But I have to do this while the little ones sleep!
So take the mover tool and move the head back to where it belongs.
It will now look 100% right, but don't worry...all the bottom part will be GONE soon!~ since we're all now
master doll artists and we can fix anything!
Now let's turn *OFF* the head layer so we can get to drawing the pretty clothes!
Go to your layers tool,  and select your *head* layer, and turn if off by hitting the hitting
*eyeglasses* 
(so that there is an X on them) 
Now select your paint brush, with black as your foreground color and let's DRAW!
