
This Doll Tutorial was by

OK begin by opening a 400x400 new image on PSP. Choose WHITE as both your foreground and background colors.

Pick your preset shapes tool and choose cirlcle. with these settings:

Next with the SHIFT key held down, draw a good size circle on your canvas, leaving room to add the globe base.
Add a New Layer, and name is BASE. Choose your globe base and add it on this layer.
You should have something like this:

Okies now with the magic wand, and the circle layer active, *touch* anywhere inside the white circle to select it, and now the
*ants* should be crawling around your circle, like this:

Ok now choose your nice picture, and copy it, then *paste INTO selection*, for something like this:

DESELECT your globe (so the ants are no longer around it, then
add your dollie :) somewhere in the middle or your globe. (paste as new selction), like this:

Now go to SELECTIONS, hit SELECT ALL, then go to SELECTIONS AGAIN and hit *FLOAT*, your globe should be selected again,
now add a new layer (on top on your globe but under the base), and call it cutout.

Add a cutout effect with the following settings:

ok deselect again, and now we are ready to move on to the water animation. :)
