Sima (Shima, Szjma): was born in 1906* in Bochnia near Krakow, Poland, and
was the fourth child in her family.

During her father's sickness and after his death she took upon herself to
run the household for the whole family.

Sima married a widower named Israel Rosenfeld, who had nine children from
his previous marriage.

She moved to the city of Krakow where her husband Israel was residing.

She devoted herself to her new family and had a baby daughter of her own.

During the big deportation of Jews from Krakow in August 1940 she came back
to Bochnia with her family.

On the first aktion in ghetto Bochnia (September 1942) Sima willingly joined
her daughter on her way to the execution ground. Sima was 36* when she perished.

Sima was a good hearted person, responsible woman and devoted daughter.
