QenChe, the Fire Tane, has two main powers. The first is the ability to call fire from anything that is dead, be it wood of flesh. The second power inherent in the QenChe Tane is the ability to cauterize open wounds and heal them. The space created by a cut is dead and therefore a QenChe can pull fire from it and close the wound.
