Shadow Mountains
Running southeast from the northern ocean to the eastern ocean, the Shadow Mountains are a natural barrier protecting the Ardath Forest from intrusion. The fact that these mountains are also the home of the Rock Trolls only adds to the protection they afford the Chufa on the eastern side.
