**THIS IS OLD, BUT I THINK IT'S TIMELESS**
you know, it's funny how when life sends you a curve ball, everything changes. life is a process, and it seems like these days, it's a process of curve balls.
this past week, i have had many chances to sit and re-evaluate my life, which, up to this point has seemed kinda nilly-willy. i have decided several things:
1. the grim reaper is a greedy bastard
2. good music can bring ya through lotsa shit
3. good friends are priceless
4. appreciating people is something that we should do
every day...not just when tragedy hits.
5. crying is a good thing, even though ya can't breathe when you're doing it.
6. love is the most important thing in the world.
i don't know what tomorrow brings...and i'm glad i don't. sometimes the surprises are sweet, and sometimes they are bitter...but i don't think that having pre-ordained knowledge would help with the sweetest sugar, or the bitterest pill.
