one on a list with the lamer's screen name. You can pick the ip to nuke. The
program sends an encoded message that says 'hi' to the person. If the person
accepts your response, they are immediately signed off! When they sign back on,
the message's coding will have automatically set their tcp/ip's configuration to
the bare minimum. Their online time experience will be lagged 10 minutes! To
run, click the link to download. Then, click run from current location. Note:
you need Winzip to extract this. When it is
finished, click on "setup.bat". Follow the onscreen instructions. If
