C. C. Jackson, aged 87 years, one of the oldest residents of Lookout Mountain, died yesterday morning at 3 o'clock.  He moved to the mountain before the civil war.  He is survived by a wife and seven children, one son, R. P. Jackson, being a resident of Chattanooga.  Funeral services were held from the residence yesterday afternoon, the Rev. J. L. Rays officiating.  Interment was in the family burial ground.

    Mrs. S. P. Jackson, age 81, died at her home on Lookout mountain Saturday night.  She is survived by her three daughters, Mrs. N. V. Rhea, Mrs. R. K. Triplett and Mrs. Rhea Moorman, of this city, and two sons, C. S. and M. P. Jackson, of Canada.
    The funeral will be held from the residence at 2 p.m. today, the Rev. H. A. Mathis officiating.  Interment will follow in the family cemetery on Lookout mountain.
