Bio- Derick is the listener of the group, with his abilities to understand animals (which are humans too) he can easily understand a persons emotions and motives. He is a very physical person who has to be able to see, feel, and hear things to believe in them.
Powers- Derick has control of Earth animals. His abilities include shape-shifting and the understanding of animal thoughts and behavior. His direct connection with animals can also become confusing because when an animal talks to him he might think a human was speaking to him, and respond to the human.
His connection with the animal kingdom is so close that if not concentrating he may turn into a animal. This is sometimes because humans are animals to. Unlike the others he is always in his elemental form (his elemental form is that of any animal). Derick is also connected with plants but, because of the differences between plants and animals his understanding of them is very limited.
