Requirements aren't going to be strict. Just the usual...
1. Your site has to be creative atleast. Good content...I don't care about layouts and graphics. Just as long as you don't steal anyone else's stuff and say it's yours...be original.
2. No writing like tHiS. It's very annoying...No hate or racial shit. If it's in a journal then I don't care
3. I don't like seeing too many broken links or graphics so fix it.
4. and be sure the code is up when you submit. I don't care where you put the code, as long as I can find it.
