In Winston-Salem, NC 67 does one little oddity in which this East-West route goes onto Silas Creek Parkway, which is signed as itself as a North-South route. It isn't uncommon to see signs saying North Silas Creek Parkway and West NC 67 at the same intersection.
I also believe that NC 67 should be extended one more mile so it ends on Interstate 40 instead of NC 150, I feel that the highway just comes up short from being recognized by the Interstate, considering how close it is.
