The World Trade Center spire has been installed, on May 10, 2013. If the Spire was the sky scraper building part instead it would probably be the worlds tallest building. When the Spire was rising you could see the shape of the Hudson River. The new skyscraper is known as the One World Trade Center, or 1WTC.
