BR Experiences
I just felt like making up a brief list of all my experiences with the band. So in order to take a look at my "obsessive" BR life, scroll down to read some fun BR-related events of the year.
1998first found out about BR from a Due South soundtrack when they filmed an episode in Brantfordheard a BR song on the radio, then listened to another song on DS soundtrack, got hooked
1999saw a Jim Cuddy video on the TV (Trouble), wondered why he had a solo album out, thought maybe band was breaking upreally started getting into the bandbrought Lost Together from birthday money, which was my first BR albumfound out band wasn`t breaking up

2001saw band for fourth time in Jarvis, and got to meet a few ppl from the board, and got to meet all of the guys in the bandDuring August CMT did a all-request-weekend, which of course I joined in on. But this one was more special for me then others. I actually got to see one of my requests, and not just that, they "spotlighted" it by reading it over the aire. I had dedicated Try to Lanslide from me (Jenair). Nancy got a laugh out of our nicknames. I was so surprised, that I sat in front of the TV shaking. (I always take up my usual spot of 1 foot from the TV screen during a BR video. My parents always know it`s BR if that`s where I`m sitting - *LOL*.)Named my Betta "Tremolo".Mom named cat "Greg".Started BR-oblivion. (which I have since had to get rid of due to no free homepage service)During one of CMT`s All Request Weekends, back in November, I dedicated 5DIM to "my dearest Matt", and again, Nancy "spotlighted". My write-up this time was that it was beautiful song with an even more beautiful story behind it, and whenever I heard it, it reminded me of him. (I called him just before they showed it the second time so he could see it too.)
