LIPOVITAN are a walking talking "blleeeaaarrrggghhhh!!!!" comp. They have shorter than short songs. The lyrics to one composition are as follows: "it's not my imagination, I've got a crusty on my back!"

I saw couple more noisecore bands that I really enjoyed at Headline Records. You can't beat those free shows! DEVOLA from New Paltz, New York, used to be CHARLES BRONSON, or have some members from that band. I missed the band I ROBOT, who they share members with, but DEVOLA was really cool and tight. Another night, local locos LIPOVITAN, "East Los Noisecore", filled in for some hardcore band that cancelled. They were kind of loose noisecore and they wore Mexican wrestler masks. If they practice and play out more, they might be scary.

This side up from Italy have finally made it down here for the last couple of shows on their first U.S. tour. Opening the show is LIPOVITAN. Man! These guys have inproved like you wouldn't believe. George has become a better drummer, which really helps, and the new singer has added more to the band. They came out wearing wrestler masks and proceeded to plow through short and fast bursts of noisy chaos that many try but few can do convincingly. All the bands who flaked out on opening the show- no big deal, as LIPOVITAN deserved the slot, and proved to be the better band. All hail LIPOVITAN!
