WARCRY
Warcry was formed during a hangover in 1996 (no bullshit), Pancho and Miguel (both in Anarchus)decided to start an Old School Trash Metal band, since they've been listening all kinds of metal for years, they started to play in bands where no musical skills were needed, they've participated in a lot of bands but no one really into the splendorous Trash, Speed, Power Metal. The principal idea was start a band with a pure 80's sound, without stealing the sound of the great bands and not even getting into the new 90's sound, so the next step was to get a guitar player and a drummer, Eddie was a good friend and they knew he was into the same kind of music, they felt he was a good candidate 'cause his skills as guitar player and his work in other bands such as Pactum and Bloodsoaked.
They didn't know any drummer into the same kind of music, and finally they got one interested, the only problem was that he was the permanent drummer for Cenotaph, and after a day of practice he quit the band due to his response with his band Cenotaph, since then, there was another drummer interested in this project so when Oscar decided to leave the band, Ivan (from a band named Allusion), started to play drums for the band, practice took place and in a short period they had some original songs and some covers, at the same time a festival called the Brutalfest was going on so they were invited and they played having that line up. Later on Pancho leaves the band and Jeff (who was playing bass for Anarchus and had been bass player/singer for Bloodsoaked) joined the band for a short time, he decided to leave the country, so, Cesar (lead guitar/singer from The Zephir), is helping the band in the last shows.
During all this time Warcry has been having such a success in the underground, being the opening act for well known bands such as Hades(Norway), Master(U.S.A), Mantra(Costa Rica), as well as mexican underground bands like Cenotaph, Anarchus, Disgorge, Agony Lords, Under Moonlight Sadness, The Zephyr, Pyphomgertum and many more.
The band is working now in his first demo tape which is going to be called "The Curse", some singers were invited to participate on this recording.

Eddie Rock / Guitars (El a participado en grupos como Pactum, Bloodsoaked y, ultimamente con Makina y otros pocos.)
Miguel "Thrasher" Cortes / Bass (Actualmente Guitarrista de Anarchus desde 1990, a formado parte de bandas como Atoxxxico, The Sweet Leaf, AK47 y muchas otras.
Ivan Morales / Drums and percusions (Desde 1994 a formado parte de Allusion y a participado en grupos como Leprosy y la leyenda local de Heavy Mexicano Luzbel.
WARCRY
Warcry se formo en medio de una cruda en 1996, si, es verdad, Pancho y Miguel (Anarchus) decidieron que seria bueno formar una banda de Thrash a la vieja escuela, ya que ellos han escuchado todo tipo de grupos dentro de las corrientes metálicas por años, pero empezaron a tocar con bandas que no necesitaban de un buen desempeño de ejecución en los instrumentos,
Por años ellos participaron en varias bandas pero ninguna realmente dentro de la pureza del Thrash, Speed, Power Metal, la idea principal era tocar realmente sin sonar actual ni retro, si no un estilo 80s puro, bueno, el siguiente paso fue conseguir un guitarrista y un baterista, Eddie parecía ser un buen candidato ya que sabían que el también estaba dentro de estas corrientes y además su desempeño en bandas como Pactum y Bloodsoaked hablaba muy bien de el, para baterista no tenian la menor idea, por lo que colocaron varios anuncios señalando lo que necesitaban realmente, Oscar de Cenotaph se acerco interesado ya que en ese entonces no estaba muy seguro el futuro del grupo pero después de un ensayo con Warcry el grupo Cenotaph arreglo sus diferencias por lo que tuvo que dejar el proyecto y continua con su grupo desde entonces, Ivan de Allusion estaba ya en turno asi que rápidamente el grupo ensayo y armo unas piezas originales y algunos covers, y asi con esa alineación debutaron en el Brutalfest 96.
Al poco tiempo Pancho abandona el proyecto y Jeff (Que en ese entonces tocaba el bajo para Anarchus y que anteriormente habia sido Vocalista-Bajista de Bloodsoaked) entra a escena, pero despues tendria que salir del pais por lo que en las ultimas presentaciones Cesar (Vocalista-Guitarrista de The Zephyr) ayudaría al grupo en algunos conciertos.
El grupo a participado en algunos fechas significativas como; Los Brutalfest 96, 97 y 99, además de participar en los conciertos tributo a Black Sabbath y Kliff Burton, y a compartido escenario con bandas extranjeras como Hades (Norway), Master (USA) y Mantra (Costa Rica), ademas con bandas nacionales como Cenotaph, Anarchus, Disgorge, Agony Lords, Under Moonlight Sadness, The Zephyr, Pyphomgertum and muchas mas.
El grupo se encuentra grabando su primer demo "The Curse" en el cual participaran varios vocalistas invitados.
