~My P.O.V.~
I got Beth and we were on our way. The mall was about five miles away. We brought plenty of water but i think Care, Beth and I drank most of it.
"Come on! Don't drink all of it." Zac said as Care took some more.
"Too late." Care sated simply as she held the bottle upside down.
"Oh you are so in for it now!!" Zac yelled as Care took off and Zac chased her. We were almost to the mall. You could see it in the distance. It was huge. It was almost as big as Mall of America. Which is HUGE, I promise.
"Well here we are." Isaac said as he rolled up to the one of the main enterances and took off our blades.
"Good I'm dying of thirst." Zac said. "SOME PEOPLE had to drink all the water on the way here." he said as he looked at us girls.
"Sorry." We all said at once, though not meaning it.
"God, my knee huts so bad." I said rubbing my right knee. "The first place we're going is to a general store to get Tyenol or something." I said.
"Are you ok?" Taylor asked.
"Yeah it's just that I only have one major tendon holding my kneecap in place. I'm supposed to have four. Anyway when I do a lot of exercise with it it hurts. I'll be fine though thanks." And with that we got off the bench and went inside.
"Hey, I'm going to take Amy to Target to get some pain killers." Taylor said as he took my hand.
"Meet us over by Mark's stand." Zac said as he went the opposite direction with Isaac, Beth and of course Care.
"Ok." Tay said as we made our way to Target. "We also have to pick something else up." He said kinda nudging me and winked.
"I was going to get some anyway. Good thing you were thinking ahead too." I said and he blushed.
At the check out line the clerk almost died when the condoms were placed on the counter. "Excuse me but you're Taylor Hanson and Amy Graham right?"
"Yeah." Taylor said. I noticed how the lady was eyeing the condoms and us.
"Just don't tell the press. His parents don't even know we are yet." I said smiling. The clerk, who's name tag read Julie, laughed and said.
"Oh I won't. But I was wondering if I could get your autograph--both of yours." I was shocked. Why would she want mine? But Tay and I signed anyway. "Thank you so much."
"Anytime." I said as Tay took my hand and we started to leave.
"Oh, and I won't say anything."
"Thanks again." I called over my shoulder and we were off. Laughing hysterically as we approached Zac, Care, Beth and Ike.
"What's so funny?" Isaac asked confused.
Taylor and I cracked up again. Laughing I managed to say, "I think we almost killed the cashier in Target." Everyone looked at us confused. "I mean God forbid a Hanson but a box of condoms." And I laughed again. Then I realized the look we were getting from Isaac and Beth.
"You did WHAT!!?" Isaac asked sternly.
"Um...we....I..." Taylor stuttered. Isaac really intimidated him when he took the parent role.
"Guys are you having sex?" He asked a little quieter.
"Hey Care, let's go look at these necklaces over here." Zac said as he noticed he shouldn't be in this conversation. And they went to the other side of the stand.
"Are you?" Isaac asked again. Taylor nodded. "Does mom know?" Both Taylor and I looked up quickly.
"No, and PLEASE don't tell her. We'll tell her soon. I promise." I said peadingly.
"Ok, as long as you're being safe."
"We are." We both said.
"I'm giving you a week to tell mom. Then I'm stepping in." Isaac warned.
"Thank you SO much!" I said as I hugged him.
"No problem."
We got back home at around 5:30pm. I went upstairs to grab a sweatshirt. As I decided to steal one of Taylor's instead of wearing mine I heard a faint knock at the door.
"Come in!" I yelled. Isaac walked in.
"Can I talk to you?" He asked kinda quietly.
"Sure what's on your mind Isaac dear?" I asked as we both sat down on my bed.
"I'd like to say that I'm sorry for kinda freaking out on you at the mall today."
"That's ok." I said.
"No, really it's not. I feel bad. I guess I'm just kinda...well.... jealous."
My jaw fell about three feet. "Jealous? Why? What's there to be jealous of? You have a great relationship with Beth."
"Yeah but, y'know there's not as much sexual energy there as with you and Taylor. And I really don't know why."
"Isaac, there doesn't have to be. You guys have something special. Just give her time ok?" I said as I placed my hand on his.
He squeezed my hand slightly. "Thanks Amy."
"Anytime." I said getting up.
"Wait, there's something else." I sat back down. "Are you sure you guys were ready for that? I mean I hear all the time how sex can really srew up a relationship and I don't want to see Taylor hurt...or you."
"I know Isaac. Trust me I know all too well. But yes, I really do believe that we were ready. I love him with all my heart Isaac and nothing with change that. I know you're worried but just trust us. Taylor has a good head on his shoulders. We'll be fine."
"Okay. I'm gonna go now. Do you think I should talk to Taylor too?"
"Sure. If you want. Just be gentle."
"Thanks again Amy. You truely are special." I smiled and blushed a little as I made my way to the guys' room to get a sweatshirt.
"Ok, I'm ready." I said once I got downstairs. Care, Beth and I were going for a walk and then later all six of us were going to have a bon-fire in the back yard by the river.
"Okay, let's go. Honey, we'll be right back." Beth said as she softly kissed Ike.
"Bye, don't be too long." Zac said as he held Care close and kissed her good-bye.
"Bye sweetie." I said as I tried to escape Taylor's huge hug.
As we walked down to the park with Obby I told Beth about last night and explained more to Care. "I'm thinking about going all the way with Zac. But I'm not sure. I'm kinda scared." Care said.
"Don't worry, I know just how you feel. I felt the same way with Justin" at the sound of his name Beth let out a "ugh" sound. We knew all too well the Justin thing. "Anyhow, if you aren't completely 100% sure don't do it. You'll regret it later. I promise. It really fucked up my relationship with Justin. And I don't want that happening to you and Zac. You have something really special." I looked over at Beth. "You too. Isaac really loves you. He actually came into my room earlier to talk to me. He loves you so much. Though he's kinda confused as to why there aren't that many, I don't know...sexual relations or whatever." We all started laughing.
"Sexual relations?" Beth asked kinda confused.
"Yeah he said that there wasn't as much sexual energy between you guys as there was between Tay and I." I said.
"Well you know you always have been the more sexual one."
"I know." I said. We sat down on a swinging bench.
"You know things just haven't been the same since my Grandpa." Beth said quietly.
"What happened with your Grandpa? If you don't mind me asking." Care said looking concerned.
"He sexually abused me when I was younger."
"Oh that's terrible." Care said as she took Beth's hand. "I'm so sorry."
"That's ok, I'm alright." She said.
"Y'know what. I think you should tell Isaac what happened. I think then he'd understand and he'd feel better about you guys not being so intimate." I said.
"Yeah I will. I just need to wait till the right time." It was started to get dark so we got up and headed back home to start the bon-fire.
~Meanwhile -Tay's P.O.V.~
"Hey Tay can I talk to you?" Isaac asked.
"Sure. What's up?" I asked.
"Can we go outside and talk?" He asked. I nodded slowly as I followed him to the front porch. "Taylor, how the hell did you get so lucky?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, I'm the older one, I'm supposed to get laid first." He said. That hit me like a ton of bricks.
"Say what!?" I asked.
"Well, I just don't understand. I mean the majority of the fan mail is for you and you and Amy Lee have all this incredible sexual energy and I don't know why. I know Beth loves me and all but, it's almost as if she's not sexually attracted to me."
"Of course she is. I think you're just overreacting. Why don't you try talking to her?" I suggested.
"And make myself look stupid? No, I don't think so. How can you be so smooth with women? Do you like read books or what?" He paused. "I can't believe I'm asking my little brother for love advice. For the love of God." And he went back inside. ~Ok THAT was just a little wierd~ I thought to myself. I sat outside a little bit longer thinking about how having sex just once could cause all these abnormalities between me and my brothers. I wondered if the same was happening with Amy and the girls.
