As a member of the staff, you would have to write a regular column for Real. Yes, regular. That means every time a new edition comes out, you have to submit something new for your column.

And what would be in this column?
Whatever you like! You come up with an idea for it, and if I like the idea then you're the brand new author of a column for Real!

I will get credit won't I?
Of course! You'll get full credit, a link to your webpage and a page all about you on the "Meet the staff" section (if you want)

What's the different between submitting an article and joining the staff?
If you just submit an article then there isn't any pressure, you won't have to regularly contribute something to Real. However, you won't have the glory and fame* of being on the "Meet the staff" page.
