This NY playground legend never really fit in at
Fresno despite averaging about 8 assists per game. On
this team of individual talent, Rafer seemed to be the
only player looking to pass. He has amazing vision, but an inconsistant jump shot. Some thought that would emerge as the best point guard in the draft or a complete bust. He had all the tools, but needed to focus. People thought the Lakers or Sonics would jump on this guy in the first or second round, but as we know, the Bucks got him.
