First you choose a piece of rose quartz. Be
sure its color, size, shape, finish, and
energy all 'feel' right to you. Place the stone
against your skin at the heart chakra. Hold it
there while slowly, deeply breathing. You will feel

every breath. Continue this as long as you like,
while meditating upon the love energy that
