• Friday - 7:30 pm - Meet and Greet and Sponsor Appreciation at Yogi’s Food and Bar in Charlottetown 
• Saturday Northwinds Motel - 10:00 am - Executive Meeting
• Saturday Northwinds Motel - 1:00 pm - Annual General Meeting
• Saturday Northwinds Motel - 6:00 pm – Meet and Greet (Banquet Room)
• Saturday Northwinds Motel - 6:30 pm - Awards Dinner (Banquet Room)
• Saturday Northwinds Motel - 9:00 pm - Dance (Banquet Room)

The 9th Annual AGM and Banquet are going to be held October 27^th, 28^th and 29^th in Prince Edward Island.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in PEI this year. There is NO COST to attend the meeting. The AGM will be open to all ADRA Members and interested racers and fans. New Members may join at the door. Elections for the following positions will take place: Vice-President, Secretary/Treasurer and all Provincial Reps. All members will be invited to bring forth any comments or suggestions during the meeting.

There will be a Friday Night Meet and Greet for all members and sponsors with great drink deals snakes and KAROKE at 10 pm.  This event will be held at Yogi’s Food and Bar in Charlottetown.

Tickets for the Dinner and Dance are now available for $30 each. These include a buffet meal (main courses included Roast Beef and Chicken Cordon Blue) and the Dance. 

Tickets are limited, so make sure to get yours today. Make sure to reserve your room ASAP, as this promises to be the LARGEST AGM to date!!!! Reservations can be made by calling the Brackley Beach North Winds at 902-672-2245, special room rates for the ADRA is $50.00 for a regular room (2 queen beds) or $95.00 for a suite, based on double occupancy (you must state you are with the ADRA in order for them to give this rate).
