Terms and conditions

Rates: The above rates are per TRIP and not per person for carload capacity (up to 4 passengers) in my vehicle. All rates are quoted in USD or EUR funds, but you may pay in Hungarian HUF on actual change rate. Rates include gasoline, expressway tolls, parking fees and taxes. Rates do not include client's meals, entrance fees to museums, churches or other monuments. Gratuities are at clients' discretion. Deposit and Payments: To guarantee your reservation a USD 100 bank transfer deposit is kindly required. The remaining balance can be paid directly in person on tour day in HUF, USD or EUR cash. NON cash payments are subject to a 4% bank fees surcharge. American Travelers Cheque are easily converted in cash here for your confort. Stops for meals are included in your tour time for your own cost. The transfer with Pick Up at the Airport includes 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate. In case you loose your luggage please come outside or call me to advise your arrival so it could not happen to leave without you. Right to withdrawal: In compliance with the consumer-protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your reservation sending an e-mail to budapesttours@gmail.com within 10 days from the time of deposit payment. A bank transfer will refund the deposit as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from receipt of withdrawal communication. Cancellation charges: over 14 days = by negotiation 14 to 8 days= 50%
