4.0 Grade Point Average, GPA, as planned, but grades suffered when the second in command could no longer handle the new international prestige: it was as if he had a big promotion with our becoming a University and he wrongly thought it too much for him: he was capable and helpful and had a cushy job but abruptly stopped showing-up for work, and when he did show, for instance I caught him illegally being severely cruel to a subordinate in terms of white collar crime. So I was now doing the job of the top two people of the institution (at a small fraction of what they were being paid) and worse, dealing with a high official no longer doing their job and no longer suited for the institution; my top Advisor recommended restating my time ties to the institution against my wishes and issued transcript info perhaps to coverup the uneven appearance perhaps to save face for those of the instution who evidently misunderstood the gravity of the progress being made, and even the "CORRECTED COPY" does not satisfy my concern for the extra months of work and GPA it cost me (even though, more on my own rather than relying on the former system, I had started Doctorate level studies). I had my Masters in Arts and in Sciences long before the timeframe indicated, and had already even moved away to finish my Doctorate as soon as administrative replacements were found, so the following official transcript is called the official record, though physically not possible:
Doctors of Philosophy Degree, PhD, the first of many such Degrees for that level, as GodMath shows, seek the higher reasoning: go for the Doctors level, and if you earn it, then get many Doctors Degrees, since it takes a long time to get a Doctorate, yet a relatively short time to get more Doctorates: put time on your side. Washington DC for instance stated I was a "Senior Expert." in various areas even though I was a full time student. While the old-school ways were to get out into the workforce to gain experience, the new way of Internet technology is rather to function wisely or at least to let machines function for you: automate rather than subjugate, and that means not merely a standard, rather the optimum standard, and that means according to the right priorities [of unique], rather at least as required by law

With the institution most significantly having been under my control (including through 4.0 GPA) having been the University of Pennsylvania transformation / expansion from California State Teachers College, the legal / logical interpretation in fact (as a minimum) therefore is responsibility over those Doctors, Officials, and others accordingly, including team failure aspects as mainly described above. So as stated in law, my-over-Doctor-status includes not only the brightest, but also the whole, including illegal if I was not responsible toward overcoming same to the extent so authorized, save if higher priority applied. I worked against that illegal activity, and on the other hand, functioned to improve the more important part, the proper leading of not only those Doctors, yet rather all Doctors, Officials, and experts. Entered into these are the multitudes of educational and training certificates I've earned initially and through the years. These (sample shown) have been to various extents as applicable been entered into Degrees accordingly, as Universities and other schools accept credits and / or CEUs, but not according to one properly comprehensive standard. As the cliche goes, in confusion there's opportunity: the Ivory Towers that save face among institutions, are the same Ivory Towers that cause their own divers pitfalls. The following are as a haphazard mishmash of certifying bodies, and I'm here to cut through all that red tape and straighten-out things for those willing to unite in bringing proper quality to government:
It is stupid to have such a confusing system full of opinions and case laws; it is not ignorant, because top government Officials have been notified long ago: see previous link above, and this link: White House commendations on multi-quadrillion dollar credibility legislation through 2100, and see above statement on my functioning at the Capitol, representing the overseeing of the best of Institutions and Professors of the Department of Education. So when the top person of responsibility determines their own system is failed, it is time to fix that system, even to issue the proper comprehensive standard, both unique and legal, and therefore being legal in the US means being faithful to the Lord. Even so, even today, decades later, many lawbreakers continue to wrongly pretend the Lord in schools is not Constitutional, and the errors permeate governments and businesses. Many people promote others, though all too often to selfishly save face. Many people want to buy their ways into credentials. Many people want a piece of paper, while the more important part is being truly qualified:
How to multiply credentials: the one uniquely correct proper standard minimizes abuse; otherwise there is in quality control terms a compounding of error potential, so without that properly prioritized standard, with each elected official, the margin for error broadens, and has even overtaken many institutions, and those institutions tend to either go out of business or to work against others similar to a disease spreading until it's host is no more. For instance, given a fairly innocent scenario, I have a "LIFESAVING AND WATER SAFETY" certificate (card shown above), but my "Radiological Safety" certificate (card shown above) entity did not recognize the value of same, even though water can provide great radiation shielding. Even though those certification entities have greater value together united in one properly prioritized system, under the current situation they each act as if independent of the other in greater part and that is often pretty goodly, except in the most important aspect requiring the greater value together, systematically from the top, rather than of independent opinions, even if those opinions were derived systematically at those moments: Jeffersonian Philosophy answers much, though there is a better way and it is not oppressive as the Dark Ages were, as it is rather better Quality Assurance. Putting things in order as shown in dealing with certain matters below, is a goodly start, except it is repeated unnecessarily by group after group. A multitude of businesses say the same thing about me, and that is goodly to an extent, rather only one system need say it to reduce overhead redundancy such as for higher business profits, better educational goal achievements, and credibility especially when reliable people are needed for top secret security projects:
This is hardly about me, it is of us, and our need to plan properly, lest we fail to plan and thereby allow as if the plan to fail. A lifesaving cert may or may not be more important than a radiation safety cert, depending on the situation; and the same goes for a person that works hard and then goofs-off, as mysteries continue to be quantified for goodly purposes: there are values, and then there are greater comprehensive values, and even proper prioritization. Just as lack of responsibility does not make a person bad, so too a credential does not make a person good; a 4.0 GPA is revered as a goodly sign, but it can merely be that the Professor was careless.
The US and the world are about random credentials, but that's not what we should really be about. If you are drowning in a radioactive fuel pool, don't start asking me to show you my Diploma. Businesses and others ask me (and us) for the same facts over and over again, incessantly. We can do better than that.
