Kazooie : Grunty's Revenge Preview | Did
you know that Shigeru Miyamoto (head honcho of Nintendo) plays the Banjo as a
hobby? Well, he does! |
First
news at E3 - I guess that
old hag still doesn't want to give up in Banjo and Kazooie's new adventure on
the GBA, "Banjo-Kazooie : Grunty's Revenge". If you look at the bottom
of the page, you'd see that
grunty is now some sort of android, robot, terminator thingy,
| pretty
cool, even better than B-T's Grunty skeleton. Grunty's Revenge does not Continue
from Banjo-Tooie, it's starts in between and shows you what would've happened
if Gruntilda's sisters never came into town. This means that there will be no
hole in Spiral |
Mountain from theDigger Machine, so there will be no Isle O' Hags or Jinjo Village
either. Banjo and Kazooie will have nearly all of their old moves from Banjo-Kazooie
and you can bet your left foot that Rare will probably have some newbies in store
for us too. It's still not known |
whether Mumbo will be a playable character or if he will just sit there like he
did in Banjo - Kazooie and turn you into animals and other assorted freaks, but
it has been confirmed that the shaman will definitely be 'in' the game, as you
can see his Skull house in this shot.
Jinjo's will make their return, but no one knows what their story for wanting
to be rescued this time is though. The graphics look very smooth, some magazines
that I have read think the graphics are almost as good as the N64 version, but
I wouldn't go as far as to say they're that good, but they are still some of the
best graphics on the hand-held. This is gonna be a big one from Rare. Can't wait! | | Banjo-Kazooie
