It was several years ago when I first came across three faces I will never forget: one of a beautiful blue-eyed toddler, and the others of two small boys who, in less than an hour of their brief lives, robbed a family of something so precious. Now, all these years later, there is not a day that goes by that I do not think of those three boys. Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, who, at the age of 10, became murderers, and James Bulger, a beloved little boy whose tragic death continues to touch so many hearts worldwide. I think of the innocence that was lost on the night his life was taken. For me, there is just something about this case that has captivated my heart from the very moment that I first became aware of it, and so came this website.
I'm sure that, for the majority of you, this case is one which you, too, have come to know well. However, for those of you who might have happened upon this site by chance, please take this opportunity to learn of James, and learn how you can be of help to other youth in crisis, by viewing the links listed on this page.
