God Raises Us Up
From All Storms of Life
Dear Friend,
If you only knew what power you can access
through God and what strength and might
are available to you if you only asked the Lord.
You forget, you get afraid and think you're undeserving.
You may even doubt His willingness to help you.
But God wants you to know that
His power, His might, His strength
is there for you when you need it.
Power to help you face your problems and overcome them.
Power to love beyond your human limitations.
Power to do what is right, even when you must stand alone.
Power to be all that He has called you to be.
God knows you have needs.
He knows about your weaknesses.
God knows that you can't overcome all obstacles
in your life without His help.
That is why He made His power and might
available to you.
So when you feel weak, call on Him,
and he will add His strength to yours.
When you feel powerless, go to the Lord in prayer,
and He will empower you to overcome any obstacle.
When you feel outnumbered count on Him,
and He Almighty God will stand beside you.
Just ask. It's that simple.
I pray you always include God in your daily life
and grow in the knowledge of His power and might.
Psalm 81
1Sing aloud unto God our strength:
make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.
