Student Transfers:

For greatest redundancy reduction and optimal educational success, credits are accepted for pertinent courses from appropriate institutions. The actual or designated (such as for applicable life experience) credits that may be transferred rely more on useful education, than on amassed data of little use to anyone directly or indirectly.

Following this logical line of reasoning to it's ultimate conclusion, the NB&B focus is on personal kinetics (student optimal successful interaction / system change rate) rather than on data accumulation over time.

Parameters:

Given the above optimal methodology, the transition can be made from relative to absolute guidelines with time as the dependent variable (ancillary to the student) rather than the student waiting on time. Therefore NB&B may provide certification according to qualification.

Many or most other colleges see time as integral to learning; NB&B does not, unless otherwise stated, such as to meet subcontractor criteria. Therefore, if the time of qualification can be reasonably derived mathematically, NB&B may choose to assign certification to that event independently of time.

Analysis:

It is reasonable to agree that people often learn over time, such as per redundancy, per familiarity, and per program. NB&B believes such a preformatted approach focuses on the system, not on the student.

Clearly learning by doing provides a better education (Reference presbytery teachings and others), so rather than student reaction to NB&B, NB&B seeks to work with student strategy by establishing circumstances with the student, ideal to the desired outcome; rather than using the traditional professor authored lesson plan which often may be akin to non-interference.

Rather than non-interactive field trips and as part of student applicable and useful education, students will be asked to select jobs from a list and plan to volunteer their work services on certain approved member projects temporarily. Prior to an assignment, the student will be asked to devise their own expectations and quiz questions. After each step the student will be given comparative standardization norms to help them optimize their progress and to better monitor their progress.
