• She found the Pastry Chef … Jules Peterson,
  a culinary school student who currently works as a Chef
  at “CHAY HAY Catering” in Lincoln.
  
• She supplied Jules with the CAKE PIX …
  
• She managed the determination of the CAKE’s FLAVORS:
  “Ray & Carol’s 2005 Wedding Cake is an
  ALMOND-FLAVORED cake, with AMARETTO ICING”
  
• Kim found the TOPPER and floral (gardenia) ACCENTS for the cake …
  
• And, KIM oversaw the BUILDING of the cake (by Jules) at the Wick Center!

But, the CAKE TOPPER Kim found was GORGEOUS and ILLUMINATED!!!
