To become a Platnium model you must submit the following information:

NOTE: Information such as Street Address and Phone Number are NOT provided to third parties.  This information is kept in the database for contact purposes only and will not be shared with clients without your consent (consent must be in the form of an E-Mail from you) and will only be released on a case by case basis.

If you encounter problems with the database submission process please e-mail Portfolio Managers with the details. For details on the submission of photographs for your portfolio, see the instructions at the end of the results form (this is the form you will see when you press the submit button).

A minimum of one picture is required for review by our staff.  You will be allowed to submit up to three pictures.
