"I'll Never Break Your Heart, I'll never make you cry...." Ali's doorbell sang.
Ali opened the door to find nothing/ no one there but a small piece of paper and a single red rose tied to it. It said:
"I fell in love with you the minute I saw you. I'd do anything to hear you say 'Be Mine'. I even wrote a song for you. Please let me serenade you with the song I wrote for you, and you alone. Meet me at the Lobster Bay restaurant tonight at 7. I'll be holding a red rose and wearing a gray blazer.

Ali smiled a bit at the message. "I've got a Secret Admirer" she sang and giggled like a little kid. This was the first time she had smiled in weeks.
So she slipped on a sleek black dress with strings of roses, styled her hair into a cute updo, and weaved the rose from her "Secret Admirer" into her hair. Then she grabbed her purse and was ready to go.

"Yo buddy! Guess what! Millenium went 5X Platinum! So to celebrate, we're gonna go out to eat at this fancy restaurant." Brian said.
" Ok, Cool. I'll be there. What time?" Nick questioned.
"7:15?" Brian asked.
"Sure."

Ali arrived at Lobster Bay, found a table, and sat down. She looked down at her watch, waiting impatiently for her secret admirer to join her.
Meanwhile, the Backstreet Boys had arrived and had just ordered their food. Ali and Nick were both just glancing around the room at the same time, as their eyes met.
"Lisa, is that you massaging my leg from under there?" AJ called out to under the table. Lisa giggled.
"Quit flirting with me, woman!" AJ laughed.
"Why do we have to hide under the table anyway?" Loraine asked impatiently.
"Cuz if Ali sees all of us here, she'll get suspicious," Brian whispered, making sure Nick wasn't listening.
"Oh," Lianne said quietly. "FIONA!!!!! You're stepping on my hand!" She whispered loudly.
"So sorry," Fiona said.
Ali and Nick just kept staring at each other, making non-stop eye contact. Nick had a certain way of flirting with Ali with his eyes and he was doing it right then - big time.
Ali sat at the table all alone, thinking how badly she wanted Nick at that moment.
Ali couldn't stand being lonely anymore so she trotted off to the bathroom, in hopes of gathering up enough guts to say something to Nick on the way back from the bathroom. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
