Chapter 27
Later on that day, Nat was reading something for English in the living room. Nick walked in and wanted to play video games. So he walked in and saw Nat sitting there.
“Is it alright if I play video games Nat?”
“Yeah sure. Go on ahead.” Nat said looking up from her book.
“Thanks.” He said smiling at her.
As Nick played Nat kept on looking up from her book at him. She noticed that bulge still there. ‘I wonder if it’s the game or what’ she thought.
Nick looked at her once and saw her looking at him, but she quickly looked back down.
A little later Nat’s cat, pumpkin came up on the couch next to her. Nat started to talk to her and play with the cat.
Nick looked at her and stopped the game. He turned off the game and got up.
“Done already?” Nat asked.
Nick got up and sat down on the coffee table across from Nat.
“Nat, we need to talk.” Nick said taking her hand.
“We do?” Nat said looking up from her book.
Nick glared at her and took her book away.
“Natalie, Natalie I’m serious. Please can we talk?”
“I think that’s something we should do.”
“Are you serious or not?” Nick said.
The look in his eyes was so serious.
“Yeah.” Nat said.
“Look, Nat, I’m sorry. I know that deep down in my heart that I love you. I want to go out with you and you know it too. I just don’t know why I said that and then I totally regret doing it. I also hate fighting with you even though it was our first real fight and it was about a day. Anyway, I’m really, really sorry.“
Nat looked into his eyes he was looking so serious that it made her laugh a little bit. She sighed and then smiled. “I’m sorry too Nick.”
“You didn’t do anything.”
“I did I mean I was a bitch when you tried to talk to me. I wouldn’t let you even try to do it. I would poke fun of it.”
“So are we okay now?”
“More than that Nick.”
“What do you mean?” Nick said smiling.
“Well, someone has been looking a little happy today and he was mad.”
Nick got up and sat by her. He pulled her closer to him and looked down. “You noticed too didn’t you?”
“Yup.”
“Good. Never fight again?”
“Never fight again.” Nat said and they started to kiss.
Nick pulled her on the couch and went on top of her, they kept on kissing until they both started to touch and groped each other. Nat stopped kissing and looked sadly into his eyes.
“What’s wrong baby?” He asked her feeling her hair.
“We should stop, because my mom’s going to come home, at any minute.”
“But we missed a whole night together.”
“Nick it can wait.”
“But you saw me this morning. I need it.”
“You don’t need it. You want it.”
“So I need and want you!” He pleaded.
“Nick, we kissed touch and groped each other. What else do you want boy?”
Nick got off of her and sat at the end of her feet. He took Nat’s feet and started to play with them.
“I want me and you to make love right here, right now.”
“How about this?” She got up and sat next to him.
“I’ll tell you what Nicky, we take a rain check on this for the next time my mom’s gone. Right away.”
“You promise?” Nick said pulling her closer to him.
“Yeah, and if I break it you can take me for another night.”
“Ohh this sounds good.”
“It does?” Nat said looking up at him.
“Yes, it does.”
“Yeah, but someone’s going to have to calm down.”
She said taking her hand and almost being able to put it on his bulge, but he took her hand.
“Don’t you dare. I’m going to explode if you do.”
“Okay, Okay gee Nick I thought you wanted to do something.”
“Don’t do that to me.”
“I won’t.” She then yawned.
“Tired?”
“Yeah, couldn’t sleep.”
“Why?”
“We were fighting.”
“Awe, sleep on me, here get a pillow and put it on my lap and go to sleep. I’ll play video games while you sleep.”
“Are you sure about this I mean with your well...”
“Yeah, I think it’s almost done.”
“Funny, very funny.”
“I thought so.”
Nat fell asleep as Nick played video games.
