Epilogue

Epilogue

*Nat*

It had been two years after Nick proposed to me and we were living together. We weren’t married, we both barley ever talked about it, Nick did bring up hints. Probably because his mom as well as my mom were bugging us every day if we had set a date.

Then one day while we were babysitting Beth. Nick put her to bed and I was watching t.v. He sat down next to me and pulled me closer to him.

“Nat, I think now because now my mom’s only up to calling me ten times a day we should pick a date and do all that stuff.”

“Awe, come on Nick, we don’t have to do we?”

“Yes. Now come on we can do this together.” Nick said getting up and pulling me up. I wanted to get married it was just doing all the stuff that scared me.

We walked into the dinning room where all of these boxes of wedding things were. Nick pulled out the calender and sat next to me at the table.

“We should get married this year, since our mom’s our bugging us way to much.”

“No really.”

“Come on. You do want to get married don’t you?”

“Yeah, it’s just weird we’ve been living together for two years and now we have to make it officially.” I said looking at the calender flipping threw the dates.

“How about December?” He asked me.

“Nah, to cold.”

“We’re in Florida Nat.”

“Well, no there’s too much going on then.”

“Yeah. Umm.. Summer wedding or fall?” He asked.

“Fall?” I asked.

“That’s good. Now we need a date.” He said looking again.

“And all that other stuff too.”

“That takes what two months?”

“Sure.” I said looking with him.

We flipped to October and I looked at all the dates.

“Nick pick one.” I said.

“How about Halloween?” he said. I knew his love for it and I guess it sounded good because it was on a Saturday.

“Alright.” I said.

“Are you sure?” Nick said.

“Yeah it sounds perfect.”

“I’m glad.” He said.

Well now we have a date and were going to get married our lives couldn’t be more perfect.
