Stardate: 52011.4 Reman stopped right as he entered into his barber shop. He was panting heavily because he was out of breath from running to his shop from Cargo Bay 4. What the hell did that stupid Cardassian think he was doing? The situation could have been better handled then that. Leave it to those stupid spoon heads to mess up a perfectly planned business transaction. Oh well, thought Reman, I guess I had better make the best of it. I did after all get the programs I was needing. OK, it is pretty clear that my initial cover story isn't going to work. I just need to modify it and use part of my backup plan. First I need to think, "Computer. Play some music. Something soothing." The computer responded by playing "Adagio" by Dvorak. Reman contemplated what he was going to do as the music moved across his lobes. He began slowly pacing back and forth around in his shop. He looked around at his shop for the first time getting a good look at it. From the entrance directly in front lining the wall were several barber chairs. They were all made of titanium with soft red cushioned seats and head rests. A large mirror was just behind all the chairs running from one end of the shop to the other. Underneath the mirror behind each of the individual chairs was a sink and a place to hold several barber tools. Against the wall opposite the chairs and the mirror was several racks that held various barber gels, hair sprays, powders, shampoo, and other such necessary things. At the end of the shop to the left of the entrance was a door that led to a back room that was used for storage of more barber supplies. At the other end of the room to the right of the entrance was a waiting place of sorts with a table and several chairs encircling it. On the table were two 3-D chess sets and a computer console. The whole room was colored with a red and beige design to match the chairs and to give the room a more pleasant feeling. On the walls were several pictures of art from different cultures that Reman had acquired. Reman studied them for a bit and thought how other Ferengi should have several different acquisitions besides just Latinum. Not only does this give you some other form of exchange in business but the materials could be quite thought provoking. Reman also looked at the boxes on the floor he had yet to unpack to supply his barber shop. I will get those out later. For right now I need to focus on the issue at hand, thought Reman. OK, first I need to use that Bolian computer virus I have on the Cargo Bay 4 memory files and other necessary files to erase any existence that I was in the Bay at that time. Good thing I planted it in the computer memory banks under a false file that will destroy itself as soon as the virus is activated. I also planted some false information about where I was at the time of the business transaction ahead of time. I didn't plan this deal just to be caught, thought Reman proud of his plan so far. Then I need to put on a straight face just in case they decide to question me. No problem. OK, the way this virus is going to work is that as soon as I activate it then it will erase all the files when someone tries to access them and will stray off into other systems if someone tries to access other files and destroy them as well, leaving me in a good position to sell some much needed Starfleet files. The virus will continue this way until it has had time to cover up my trail so I can't be traced in any way. Well it sounds like I am going to actually get away with this aside from that unfortunate mistake. Reman got up and went over to his computer console and sent out an activation signal to the virus and then put his new Starfleet files back in the storage room.
