Hi everybody!!! On June 27, I met Aaron Carter at the "All That Music and More Festival" in Columbus, Ohio!!! Now, I'm going to tell you all about it. When I was at a radio station in Columbus meeting Chris, one of my fave DJs, I noticed an ad about the concert. Aaron was at the top of the list of acts so I told my mom that we just had to get tickets. The next day, she ordered them. I also one two more tickets so, my best friend, Joy, got to come. I was in line to audi- tion for "All That" when a bunch of girls came up to the woman behind me and showed her this picture of Aaron that was autographed. I told my mom that Aaron was signing autographs somewhere. She and Joy went to find him and get his autograph for me. When they found him, Joy, who just ten minutes earlier had said he was ugly, came up and said, "He's so cute!!!!" When my mom got up there to Aaron, joy pulled me out of line (after I got the girl in front of me to save my place) and dragged me up to the table he was at. I said something like,"Hi. Hi. I can't believe I'm actually meet you!!!" Then he looked straight at me with those awesome, brown eyes and said, " Hi! I'm glad I'm getting to meet you!" Then I gave him three teenie beanie babies: Rocket the Bluejay, Claude the Crab, and Britannia the Bear. They were tied together with a blue/green ribbon and a letter I wrote to him was stuck through the ribbon. " I heard you like Britannia." I told him. " Yeah, I do!!" he said. My mom told him that I was auditioning for "All That." "Cool" he said, turning his attention back to me. "Maybe if you make it I'll see you some- time!" Then it was time for me to go. "Bye! " I said. "It was great meeting you!" Then he said, "I hope I see you again, real soon!!" Later, my mom told me that, after I left, Aaron's bodyguard reached over to put the beanies in the box for Aarons gifts, Aaron grabbed them back and said, "No! I want these!" Then he untied the ribbon, and he put them all in a row, right in front of him, with Britan- nia in the middle. He read the letter while he signed autographs. Then he had to leave to go get ready for his performance. He was great. And so, that's the story of how plain, old me met ultra superboy, Aaron Carter.

I was a HUGE ac fan and I knew that he was making a new video in LA. I only lived about an hour away and I begged my parents to drive me there, so I could try and meet him. Finally I convinced them to take me and we drove to LA around 1:30pm. When we got to LA we drove around trying to find where his video shoot was. After about an hour my parents were sick of looking and I was mad because I knew I wouldn't meet him. I asked them please just 15 more minutes I know we could find him. They were doubtful but they agreed 15 more mintues then we were going home. 10 minutes later I was really upset I knew we only had 5 more minutes to find him or we were leaving. Then uphead I saw a little blond kid surfing at the beach, I told my parents to drive over there. They did and to my surprise it WAS Aaron! I couldn't believe my eyes...Aaron Carter Nick's little brother was acually about 35 feet away from our car! I jumped out before our car even stopped and I ran over to a guy that looked like a director and said is this the shoot for Aaron Carters new video. I was so excited he could barely tell what I was saying. Yeah and you shouldn't be here he told me. Did I hear him right did he just say I shouldn't be here! Go away were trying to make a video he said. Yes I had heard right he was telling me to GO AWAY! I thought no I'm not going away after we finally found him. After all we drove for almost 2 and a half hours and we finally found him. I was GOING to meet Aaron. Aaron and all the crew people were taking a break, I slowly walked up to Aaron and said hi. Hi what's your name he asked me. oh my god Aaron just asked my name, my mind went blank...NO I couldn't make a fool out of myself. Weakly I whispered Julie. Cool so did you come down here to watch my video shoot? he asked. Yeah I did I replied trying to sound calm although I was trying not to scream! Do you know how to surf my any chance he asked me. I couldn't believe it did he want me to surf with him or something. I said yeah I'm ok I've surfed a couple times my uncle taught me. Would you like to be in the video? Aaron asked. I almost fainted, me...in your video I said. Yeah you in my video Aaron said laughing. Well yeah sure I guess, I replied. Cool I'll talk to the director because we're looking for a girl to surf with me in the video. Aaron walked over to a director asked him and walked over to me. Yeah you're in he told me. I couldn't believe it I was going to be in Aaron Carters video!!! I wanted to scream as loud as I could but I didn't want him to think I was weird, and I didn't want to cause a big scene. 15 minutes later I was being filmed surfing with Aaron Carter! After the video shoot I swam with Aaron and then the director took us to McDonalds for some supper. Aaron gave me his e-mail address and phone number so we could keep in touch. I couldn't beleive my luck. We said bye, he hugged me and then It was time for me to go home. I turned and smiled at him before getting in my car.
