Adam Lee Rosol's
Thirty-Second Month
October 13 - November 12 2001

Well, Adam continues to grow like a weed. He's up to 37 pounds now, and doing quite well.

The big events this month were that Carol's dad, brother, and cousin Lee came down for the Nascar race (and to visit for the weekend), and we held a turkey fry party for the neighbors to come over and try fried turkey. It was a lot of fun.

Here's some pictures of him during his 32nd month

fish

" Wow! Those are some big fish!" The local "Bass pro shops" at Concord Mills Mall has a huge indoor fish pool with glass sides so that people can see the NC freshwater fish that we can't catch. Here, Daddy is holding up Adam to check out a few.

" Why don't fish have legs? " Another view of the fish pool.

4 wheeler

" Daddy, I know what I want for Christmas....." They also sell quad runners. It'll be a LONG time before he gets one of those, if ever.

Pinata

" I'm gonna hit that thing!" This was taken at the turkey fry we hosted. We got two 12 pound turkeys, plenty of mashed potatoes and stuffing, and provided some beer and soda, and we asked our neigbors to provide the rest. We had a good time, and we set up a pinata for the kids to break.

candy

" Save me some!" Of course, when the pinata broke, there was a mad rush for the candy and goodies inside it.

hay ride

" Is everybody ready, I promise not to drive too fast?" Another picture from the turkey fry. We got a couple of bales of hay, put them in our utility cart, and connected it to our tractor, and gave the neighborhood kids some hay rides. Of course, Adam didn't really drive. Here, Halley and Travis are in the back, and Chris is walking nearby.

race weekend

" What is that kid doing with a ray gun?" The Nascar race was in early October, and Carol's dad, brother, and cousin came down to stay and see the race. Here, it's "happy hour" on the back patio, and Mark and Lee are watching Adam play with his bubble gun.
