Chapter 7

"Do I look alright?" Chrissy asked looking at Mom and I

"You look beautiful, sweetie." Mom said tearfully.

"You do." I agreed.

"I just hope Justin thinks so." She sighed.

"Justin will always think so! You really have a great guy Chrissy! He really loves you." I told her.

"You have a great guy too." She said.

"It's time!!" Chrissy's friend said sticking her head in the door of the dressing room.

"God, I'm so nervous." Chrissy said.

"You'll do fine." Mom told her. Mom lifted Chrissy's vail over her head and adjusted her wedding dress one last time, "Now lets go get you married!"

Chrissy took a huge breath and started out the door. Mom and I followed behind her. She walked over and met up with our Dad who was waiting to walk her down the aisle. Mom hurried through the door to the church and down to her seat. All of the bridesmaids where their with the ushers waiting for their time to go in. JC was waiting for me in our place in line.

"Are you ready, Ms. Maid-Of-Honor?" He asked smiling.

"Well, I'm ok but I don't think Mom is." I smiled, "What about you, Mr.Best Man?"

"Pretty good...but I can't wait until that's us in Justin and Chrissy's place."

"Me either." I gave him a soft kiss.

"God, you guys are disgusting." One of the other ushers, David, said turning around.

Before either of us could reply, the doors to the church opened, which meant it was time to start. Chrissy and Justin had wanted Jordan to be the flower girl but there was no way she would make it all the way down the aisle by herself....she could barely even walk! So, one of the bridesmaids' little girl did it. She walked down the aisle first, throwing flower petals all over the aisle as she went.

Next, went the bridesmaids and ushers, and then JC and I. Once we were all at the front of the church the music changed and Dad and Chrissy came into view. Everyone stood up and turned to watch them come in. I glanced first at Mom, who had started bawling her eyes out and then at Justin who had the most wonderfull look on his face. His eyes were filled with happiness and his smile was so big it went from ear to ear...I've never seen anyone so happy.

Chrissy and Dad walked to the front of the church and the wedding sevice went like any wedding sevice would go. Finally, it was over and we all walked back down the aisle. Once the guests had started to leave the church I quickly found Mom and took Jordan from her. Then, I struggled back through the crowd to JC who took my free hand (the other was holding Jordan) and led me out to the car.

The reception was at a nearby country club. All of the wedding party (plus Jordan in a high chair between JC and I) sat at a long table in the front of the room and everyone else sat at round tables in front of us. I was surprised to see the other guys from Nsync, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Joey Fatone sitting at one of the tables.

I didn't know that Justin and JC had been talking to them recently. After the fight that had broken up the whole group, they didn't excatly talk to each other...well, except for Justin and JC, who remained friends.   I'll have to ask JC about that later.

"Can I have everyone's attention, please?" JC asked standing up, "I'd like to make a toast to the new couple."

Everyone was quiet as JC continued, "I thought long and hard before finding the right things to say in this speach. First of all, I want to wish Justin and Chrissy, the best of luck in their life together. I hope for nothing more than the best for you two.

"You are both like my little siblings! Justin, we've been through a lot of stuff together....some of it good, and some of it bad. But we'll always have the past to look back on, and the future to look foward to." I saw JC glance at the table where Lance, Chris and Joey were sitting and smile.

"Chrissy....what can I say? You've been there for me more times than I can count! I know you'll always be there for me and I can't think of a better person to help me out than you.

"And lastly I want to thank you both for introducing me to Jillian. Without you I wouldn't have a wonderful fiance and a beautiful daughter. God bless you both." JC sat down as everyone clapped and cheered.

After eating some great food including wedding cake (which Justin and Chrissy ended up practically wearing) it was time for dancing!

At one point JC and I were dancing with Jordan when someone tapped JC on the shoulder, "Can I cut in?" Chris Kirkpatrick asked.

"Sure." JC said taking Jordan and moving across the dance floor with her.

We started to dance and Chris said, "God, it's been so long."

"I know! What have you been up to?" I asked.

"Nothing much. Just some small little singing gigs here and there. After the band broke up no one wanted to hear me sing any more." He said sadly, "What about you? Why did JC say fiance in his speach and not wife?"

"Well, right after the band split up, I found out I was pregnant. I freaked out and ran away without telling anyone about the baby. I just came back home a little while ago." I told him.

"Well, JC's lucky to have a girl like you!" He smiled, "I only wish I was so lucky."

I smiled in return, but I was really smiling at what Chris had said....I was smiling at the idea that was forming in my head. I think I've just thought of a way to get Zoe to move down here!!
