Brian Thomas Littrell was born on February 20, 1975, in Kentucky. He is a Pisces with one brother, named Harold III. His parents' names are Jane and Harold Jr. His cousin is also in the group: Kevin Scott Richardson.

Brian has loved sports all his life. He especially like basketball, and he plays just about everything, including tennis, baseball, and even golf. His fave foods are cheese pizza, macaroni and cheese...just about anything cheesy. He loves cheese. His favorite color is blue.

Brian was born with a hole in his heart. He had it corrected, but still had a heart murmur. Just this month (May 1998), Brian had elective heart surgery and is right now resting comfortably at an undisclosed location.

Brian was the last to join the group, through cousin Kev. He is the one you usually hear singing solos. He started off with gospel music, his influences being a few of the more prominent gospel singers. When he was younger, Brian used to perform at regional churches, revivals, and weddings. During high school he also listened to Hammer, and Boyz II Men, and listened to the Top 40 Countdown.

Brian is known as the off-the-wall, hyper, goofball sweetie. He sleeps in a king-size waterbed that he got for $50. "It was practically brand new!" he says about it. He shares an apartment with Howie and Kevin while not on tour. He and Nick ("He's probably my best friend out of the group...") play around during their off-time on tour.
