Score Analysis
Several fans have analysed the soundtrack albums for "The Two Towers" and "Return Of the King" and posted a cue by cue analysis for each album, as in where each cue falls in the films. As far as I know, there is no similar analysis for "The Fellowship Of the Ring," since that soundtrack is fairly chronological. The analyses are here:
