1st. I do bequeath to my son Robert Henry Thomas for services rendered & for taking care of my during the remainder of my natural life All of my Real Estate at this time including my dwelling & out houses Said title to said real estate to be mine during my natural life At my death to revert to the said Robert Henry Thomas & his heirs & assigns. But this last will and testament is made to the said Robert Henry Thomas under the following conditions viz. That he the said Robert Henry Thomas is to pay Each of my 3 daughters the sum of $200.00 viz to MArtha Turner or her heirs & assigns $200.00 Fronie A. Curlee or her heirs and assigns $200.00 Joanna Chaney or her heirs and assigns $200.00 & the said Robert Henry Thomas is to have six years to pay the amount above specified without interest from Jan. 1st 1911 to be due January 1st 1917, but if the said Robert Henry Thomas shall fail to pay the $600.00 above specified at the expiration of the said six years the parties above mentioned may sell enough of the said real estate to pay said amount after advertising the same according to law and to sell said real estate off of the North End of said real estate The said real estate above mentioned lying on the waters of Richardsons Creek & the big Branch bounded as follows. Beginning at a maple Headly Thomas corner & runs No 46 E. 48.50 chs to his Corner Stake by 3 Red oaks in Enoch Curlees line then with his line So. 69 W 5.50 chs to a Satae Elizabeth Thomas corner then with her line N 46 W 5.60 chains to a stake then with her other line So 60 W 8.50 chs. to a stake formerly 3 Red oaks & a dogwood, then So 10 W 5.80 to a stake by a Post oak. then So 10 E 14.25 chs to a stake by a Post oak in a field a corner of J. W. Thomas Ashley Thomas land, then with his line So 47 w. 9 chains to a stake then So 100, 4 chains to a stake by 3 pines, then with his own line So 76 1/2 E 10.25 chs to a stake by 3 pines, then with his line So. 30 1/2 E 3.25 chs to a bunch of sweet gums near a pond then So 13 1/2 E 3.75 chs. to a pine stump by a post oak then So 76 1/2 E 1.30 chs. to a stake in a drain Post oak 7 dogwood pts then down the various courses of said drain 15 chs to a stake on the bank of Richardsons Creek, then up various courses of the daid creek to a stake in mouth of Big Branch, then up various courses of said Branch to the beginning Containing 187 1/2 acres, more or less.
