D. F. Love’s Will

I, D. F. Love, of the town of Iowa Park, County of Wichita, State of Texas, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament to-wit:

First: All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first fully paid.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to my wife, Maggie A. Love, to have and to hold to her, my said wife, during her lifetime, at her death the property is to be divided equally beteen all the children except Froney who when she becomes of age is to have one horse, one cow and $40.00 dollars in money or $150.00 in money, after she has received this property or money she then is to receive her equal share of the property or estate with the other children In case Maggie A. Love continues to be my widow until her death the property is to be divided as above stated in the event she should marry a second time the property of my estate is to be divided at the time of her second marriage as follows: She Maggie A. Love is to retain the potion specified in the laws of Texas that a widow should have the balance of the estate to be equally divided between all my children, except Froney who is to receive her equal share and one horse , one cow and $40.00 in money or $150.00 in money, if she Froney has not already received the horse, cow and $40.00 or $150.00.
Third. I nominate and appoint my said wife Maggie A. Love, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament, without bond. Hereby revoking all former wills made by me.
In witness hwereof, I, D. F. Love, have hereunto set my hand this 29 Day of January in the year of our lord one thousand nine hundred and seven 1907.

Love, deceased, as the same appears from the minutes of the Probate Court of Wichita County, Texas, in Book 3, page 94, now in my office in Wichita County, Texas.
