I, Lavinia Biggers of the aforesaid County and State being of sound mind but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament.

First. My executor hereinafter named shall give my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives and pay all funeral expenses together with all my just debts out of the first moneys which may come into his hands belonging to my estate.

Second. I give and bequeath all of my household and kitchen furniture to my sisters Tobitha Baucom and Saphronia Pritchard's children.

Third. I desire and direct that my land and any other property that I may own at the time of my death (except househjold and kitchen furniture) be sold and the proceeds together and any money I may have and all debts owing to me be called and all such moneys to be equally divided between my sister Tobitha Baucom and the children of my deceased sisters Saphronia Pritchard, Elizabeht Tolson, and Louisa Tolson. (That is each of my deceased sisters share of one fourth of my estate shall be given to such sisters child or children) share and share alike.

Fourth. If any heir mentioned above by name or otherwise shall be disposed to complain or cause truoble any way or try to break this will then and in that event such heir shall forfeit his or her interest and such forfeited interest shall be divided among the other heirs.

Fifth. I constitute and appoint my nephew E. F. Baucom my lawful executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and clause therof hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made.

In witness whereof, I ths said Lavinia Biggers do hereunto set my hand and seal this 22 Feb 1921.
