I Sarah Stoe of the county of Charlotte in my proper senses and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament after my just debts are paid, I give to my daughter Sally A. Deshazer all my estate of every kind consisting of all the property I have in possession and all money which may on hand or due me at my death, and also the crop that may be growin (if any) at my death. Lastly I appoint John w. Deshazer executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of March 1841.

At a court held for Charlotte County May 3 1841.
This last will and testament of Sarah Stoe dec’d was this day exhibited in court, and the same was proved by the oath of Archer Robey, E. B. Williams, and John P. Brown three of the subscribing witnesses and ordered to be recorded, and on the motion of John W. Deshazer the Executor therein named who made oath according to law, and together with Elisha E. Hundley, Richard Paylor, John D. Richardson & William Smith his securities entered into and acknowledged bond in the penalty of five thousand dollars conditioned according to Law, a certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate of the said will in due form.
