Unlike Class A armour, which enables a character take more damage, or Class B armour, which reduces damage dealt, Class C makes a character harder to hit. Simply put, each level of armour increases DCV by one. This type of protection can be used to represent camouflage paint or clothing (levels 1-2) or high-tech 'stealth' gear (levels 4-5). As a character attribute (chameleon-like skin, perhaps) this type of 'armour' should cost 2 points/level.
