Language (1 Skill Point/Level)
The ability to speak, read and write in a language other than one's own (which is
assumed to be at level 5 for most characters). Each level of this skill provides a
greater vocabulary level, and a less noticeable 'foreign accent'.
Level 1: Very basic, a child's understanding of grammar and vocabulary. You'll need
to consult a dictionary often just to read street signs.
Level 2: A student's knowledge of the language. Heavily accented in speech.
Level 3: College level understanding of vocabulary, much less-noticeable accent.
Level 4: Native-level knowledge of vocabulary and grammar rules. Slight accent.
Level 5: Near complete understanding, including several technical and scientific terms.
No accent.
